The unpredictability of events, an insurmountable human limit.
It has drawn the course of history, opening the way to change, to civilization. In the apparent silence of an ancient regime which has almost reached perfection the unpredictable has occured. A fault in the system. An unforeseen strain of the mechanisms of control. Wicked, criminal mechanisms which allowed for cross party groups of power to insinuate themselves in strategic positions within the institutions of the Country thus generating a tentacle like apparatus which poisons democracy and renders it slave to the cult of personal domain and profit. Ruthless mechanisms which hide the mysteries of the massacres of our republican history and whose only purpose was to instill in an already terrified and prostrated community of italian people the illusion of a strong and stable government, a government able to defeat the shadow of an apparent enemy, an enemy it was already a prisoner of. Mechanisms that spy and create illegal reports, these are the weapons of the invisible, omnipresent power, the real and biggest State Secret of all whose mission is to annihalate through denigration all those troublesome men voted to the search of truth by burying them forever in the tomb of lies. Unpredictably, these mechanisms went crazy and are now out of control. Behind the faded page of this surreal world, only a glimps remains of the broken pieces of freedom, independence, social equality for which our fathers bravely faught and gave their humble lives. From every part of the country voices cry out in indignation, the time has come to raise our shields, for democracy is in serious danger. Political opposition organizes protests to defend freedom of press, the national association of robes (magistrates` association) calls for the protection of its independence. Where were these forces when the first warning signs sounded throughout the country? Where were they when our collegues De Magistris and Forleo were pointed out and accused of being bad magistrates? Where were they when public opinion was lead to believe that the Public Prosecution offices of Salerno and Catanzaro were at war? Where was truth then? Yet, the evidence of the facts was all written on paper. Thousands of trial records which tell of the illegal management of financing and work contracts, which narrate of judiciary corruption, of investigative reports vanishing into thin air, of security agencies and information organs, of magistrates kept under control, delegitimized and then removed from their duty. Where were all those politicians, those robes, the famous italian journalists who now denounce an authoritarianism scandal? Did fear paralize them? Did fear make them blind, mute and deaf? Did they not then prefer to take shortcuts and follow the paths of denigration, easy insults or even worse of indifference and silence? Were they not united in the irrational defence of sacred, inviolable simulacrums to be conserved at all costs? And where was the great free press when the isolated and brave voices of dissension arose? Did it not also adapt to the regime press – to the diktat of obscuration, mistification, to the conspiracy of silence and isolation prooving itself to be a slave to its owner? One thing is sure, such truths would have revealed the mechanisms of the system and stopped it. It was much easier to get rid of the virus and place it under quarantine. The time to question and reflect is not yet over. Could it be that such noble causes which have once again come to life with great passion are only a means to gain some kind of public approval from the tired and worn out citizens of this country? Meanwhile, the unpredictable is lurking around the corner. This vulgar way of talking on behalf of the cowards who try to justify their nefarious actions must end. Let the facts be known to public opinion and allow for responsibilities to be established and punished. The search for truth is the bond between Justice and Information, but it cannot be subject to political convenience and hypocrasy. The search for truth is the lighthouse of the human conscience and the true guide towards an authentic renewal.
